Hello, I’m Leo!

UX and Service Designer with 8 years of experience in user-centred innovation in the high-tech space and a background in engineering. In my current role as UX and Service Design Lead at PwC Experience Consulting (Germany) I work in cross-functional teams designing digital products together with our clients.

I am a connector. As a design expert and technology generalist, I excel at collaborating with business and engineering to turn customer insights into realistic solutions. Most recently, my main area of focus has been product discovery methods and helping agile teams create the best solutions for their customers through effective, fit-to-purpose user research.
